The Faculty of Food and Agriculture of The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine is proud to host its International Conference on “Climate Change Impacts on Food and Nutrition Security” during November 12-16, 2018 at Conference Centre, Radisson Hotel, Port of Spain, Trinidad.
This is open to all; participants, speakers, students, delegates and exhibitors.
The conference will focus on the challenges of food and nutrition security in the era of climate change. The conference will collate and share new research experience and findings in sustainable agriculture with special reference to food security and climate change through interactions and publications.
Scientific program includes the following thematic areas:
Monday 12th Nov: Food and Nutrition Security
Tuesday 13th Nov: Climate Smart Agriculture
Wednesday 14th Nov: Agro-Ecology
Thursday 15th Nov: Integrated management of Plant, Animal and Environmental Health
