The 24th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP24) to the UNFCCC is scheduled to take place from 3-14 December 2018. Would you like the chance to take part and learn from the discussions taking place in real time?
The COP Climate Action Studio (COP CAS) is a dedicated space in which you can remotely experience COP24, with support from a communications professional, giving you exposure to the latest ideas in policy and practice, and developing key skills around interdisciplinary working and communications. Enhancing your ability to work with the users of research. COP CAS is open to SCENARIO DTC students as well as Postgraduate research students at the University of Reading.

Workshops in the two weeks before the conference provide an intro to COP and interdisciplinary working, as well as to communications and interview skills, and to COP CAS programme scheduling. During the COP period, you will work in small groups to attend different sessions remotely, as well as interviewing key people, and writing blogs about your thoughts and experiences. All blogs are published on the dedicated COP CAS website www.copcas.uk
