Adaptation Futures is a biennial conference of the Global Programme of Research on Climate Change Vulnerability, Impacts and Adaptation (PROVIA) in conjunction with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). This year, there is expected to be more than 1000 attendees from practitioners and scientists to business leaders and policymakers. The conference focuses on climate change adaptation.
Rosalind Cornforth, Celia Petty, MacKenzie Dove and Lucy Wallace will be heading to Cape Town to represent the Walker Institute and the University of Reading. We will be running an interactive stand in the expo hall, along with our representatives running sessions and speaking in multiple sessions throughout the conference.
If you are attending Adaptation Futures, please come to our event "Unlikely Bedfellows: How academia, business, government and civil society can work better together for adaptation" on Thursday 21st 9:15-11:00am, Venue 2.46. Furthermore, you can find us at stand number 14 throughout the conference.
